I think all tubeless valves have removable core. I inject sealant by removing core with stans after seating the bead.
Given all the problems I've had with this wheel I think I should just find a single valve that will work, either 80 or 100mm and avoid anything extra :)
I agree and a spare in saddle bag just in case on one of your crazy rides.
