Are all these people pushing for this disqualification the same ones who try and get rides on fast dual carriageway courses to improve their PBS?

Exactly - Marcin just got a bit too much traffic assistance on the net elevation loss course for it to be a valid record.

Net elevation loss doesn't even cover it, it's more like a 20 mile tt with a free 5 mile head start!

The problem is that if you want to compare yourself to others you have to ride the same races, and no other course seems to compare to it, other than perhaps the p884b which is actually pretty flat.
