Doing it right.

Chelsea have one English player (Cahill) who is likely to play this season. I'm all for minimum quota of homegrown.

Yep, love it. Rooney plays ace for 3 games so all the bells at the FA get their cocks out, Southgate rings, Rooney says gets fucked I wanna play for my club!
