It's from 'out of the ordinary' and the episod is called 'Red pill'.
Hilarious, but really sad/appalling. My favourite is the man who left his well paid professional job and became a security guard so his ex-wife couldn't get her hands on his money, and then resents women for not finding him attractive because he is a security guard and not a professional.
