Turns out you shouldn't wear shorts whilst welding this mean frames up. This is 10 bikes in, I'm wearing jeans tomorrow....

Many moons ago I worked in a high end specialist machine shopaking down hole equipment for the oil industry. All the welders had amazing tans. They wore full face masks to avoid looking like reverse racoons. /csb
