I'm looking to get some new disc brake wheels for my daily commuter. These are to replace a set of 'Fulcrum Racing Sport Disc Clincher' (1892g) - http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/WPFURSPOD/fulcrum-racing-sport-disc-clincher-wheelset
I'll be riding on 35mm tyres and putting 15-30 miles per day, 5 days a week into them - in all weather conditions.
I'm erring towards getting a set built up by SBC. I have no idea where to start with what's on offer, though - http://www.sbccycles.com/wheel-building-london/
Any recommendations on a combination that will be fast and sturdy? I've had issues with bearings needing to be replaced due to water ingress before, so anything that reduces the level of maintenance I can't do myself is particularly welcome.
[It's for SRAM 11 speed and QR skewers - not thru axle]
