Went the hacksaw route in the end, no dremel round mine :)
It's not perfect but fairly pleased with how it's turned out
Had to switch over to some skinnier tyres, front was ok but the rear bridge bit near the bb would rub pretty badly, even though I went for a lower profile screw than the one they supplied.
They are very solid with no rattling -for now.
Next stop, mud flaps!
