The bloke on the delimited hybrid with butterfly bars who rides along the A402?

I've had him a couple of times on the way to Wests. The problem is that he jumps red lights and on Thursday even walked his bike across the Holland Park Avenue/Holland Park junction during the AGPP.

I don't mind if people jump reds*. Gives me more incentive to chase them down, especially if they're on a motorbike.
