I definitely have 10ml more sealant than required .. I travelled with them too; deflated to 20psi-ish and inflated again when landed. Making them sit on HED Ardennes Plus rim was piece of piss, generic floor pump and soapy water, popped in first go. I havent seen any performance benefit from going tubeless as I never punctured before and I can't tell rolling resistance diff either. YMMV.

I've said it before but the main benefit I've found is knowing puncture are just so much harder to get, meaning you can ride very quick tyres when you would normally need to compromise on speed/weight/puncture resistance.
If you never got punctures on racing tyres that roll as nice as Schwalbe Pro One's or Vittoria Corsa G+ and the like, then cool. But personally I had to stop riding nice tyres out in the lanes because the punctures were taking the fun out of it all.
Guess it depends on rim and how much sealant you use as to any losses.
