Lose FD and a chainring? -
Almost 200g to be saved by switching to Veloflex Record or Conti Supersonic. PX brakes are lighter than Ultegra.
Depends how much effort you're willing to invest in butchering you drivetrain. Single ring etc. Cutting drops off...

ive got a sram force 22 groupset knocking about, might fit that, should be lighter than ultegra?
