Is it just the boards or have the joists gone as well. If just the boards then it's a simple cut and screw down job that you or any odd job man could do.

We need to replace the decking at the top of our garden, about 4x4m. It's rotten as fuck. I am completely incompetent when it comes to DIY (painting a bedroom ended up with me having to bleed the central heating, don't ask)
Anyone recommend someone in SE that could do this and not charge £4k+ we've been quoted already?
