Thanks. I should have recognised the steps as being on Lover's Walk, but I didn't. I think the steps on the left threw me. So I worked off the map at the bottom left of your image. Obviously a park. Looking at Google Maps, it didn't take long to fit it to the bottom of Preston Park. Which meant your location had to be slightly to the north and west of the southern end of PP... bing! of course! Lover's Walk.
