Get rid of anything blb.
Carbon seatpost, thinner/lighter saddle, slammed stem and chopped steerer, risers or drops, cover anything that says state.Then after all that, replace the frame

Risers would look a lot better I think. A new saddle would be an aesthetic improvement as well but if it's comfortable, that's more important. Have a look in the what tyres thread for suggestions on better tyres that will puncture less.

Yes, I'm aware it's a non-drive side photo, the sun wasn't working with me today.
Also any tips for standing the bike up for photos other than using my lock?
