Once again, we don't know that yet. He commented elsewhere in the immediate wake of the incident, to much the same effect, so these may be the comments being used.

As I said above, I think it's better not to discuss this so as not to jeopardise his trial.

@Velocio will have a better grasp of the situation and be able to give advice as to which comments are suitable and which ones should probably be deleted.

I'm pretty sure Velocio has recently mentioned that he's supplied copies of threads/comments to the police but that may have been for something else.

There's no evidence that he made the comments, somebody made some comments on here proporting to be the cyclist involved.

Just look at those front pages, fair trail my arse.
