    Once again, we don't know that yet. He commented elsewhere in the immediate wake of the incident, to much the same effect, so these may be the comments being used.

    As I said above, I think it's better not to discuss this so as not to jeopardise his trial.

    @Velocio will have a better grasp of the situation and be able to give advice as to which comments are suitable and which ones should probably be deleted.

  • My comments on the previous page just described the legal arguments in the prosecution's case and were phrased as such - talking about whether anything counts or not is way over the legal line. There are implications in the legal arguments that we need to be aware of, though - it's basically an argument that tends towards strict liability if you don't have a front brake.
