I'm not really fussed, alloy or steel would be fine.
He's going to use it for commuting but I'm happy to do a bit of fettling if necessary to make it more comfortable etc.

It can also be converted to drop bars and normal road tyres :-).
I've a few more similar bikes available but they're north of £200.

This could be up his alley? in the upper end of his price range but I'm up for cutting a deal. Really is a lovely machine.
