Where's the best place to post this? Rider down? Shared from a Facebook friend, also, would you be so kind as to fill it in?

I need help from as many of you as possible. Many of you will know what that one of my best friends Lily was killed in a road cycling accident involving a agricultural trailer.

If this trailer had had side guards installed next to the wheels these would have saved Lily's life by preventing her from falling under the trailer.

We have a chance to demand these side guards are made a mandatory requirement in the UK but we need your help to do this.

The Department for Transport are holding an open consultation about trailer safety and I would love as many of us to respond to get our opinions heard.

@Velocio, I get a 'Not found' on microcosm.app for that link, which may be the same problem as when entering the link manually, various odd characters are inserted. Not sure if the one in this post works, but I'll try in a moment.
