I've said it before and I'll say it again. People who use speaker phone in public places to make their calls. Particularly my neighbor does whilst standing out on the balcony opposite my bedroom window at 02:30 and does it.

Using a phone in public in general should be kept to an absolute necessary minimum if you ask me.

Exactly. The "can't talk, on the bus" is not yet recognised as legitimate excuse and often met with resistance, which is an issue.
