Further things that were discussed during the planning phase: Heelstrike, as I wear a size 48. The geometry of the chainstays will be identical to Mads' roadbike, on which he had now clearance issues with his size 47's. Cablestops will be headtube mounted, with cables crossing underneath the downtube. Front dérailleur will be band-on to minimize places where the paint will get marked/chipped. Clearance will be enough for 28's and mudguards. Eyelets for mudguards will be hidden on the inside of the seatstays and underneath the wishbone.
