Superstar own brand rims are flexy as they try to save weight over stiffness
Arc22 is a Kinlin XR22T afaik. Comparing with DT R24 wheels, you have roughly the same outside dimensions made from only 80% as much metal, and the R24 spokes are thicker than XRays too. In a 20/24 build, they're going to be a bit under-resourced for Clydesdales, but I wouldn't expect anyone under 75kg to have any trouble.
I remember reading something about how some of the Superstar own brand rims are flexy as they try to save weight over stiffness, but I can't remember which ones in particular they were talking about. For under £200 I don't think you can go wrong.
