Right - I'm changing this thread to cover all of my bikes as I've had a bit of a reshuffle and I want to keep everything in one place.
The Genesis is remaining mostly unchanged, but will be getting Kinlin XR31 - Hope alloy wheels and a Quark/Red power meter for training and general riding.
I am almost finished building up a plastic bike for racing. Canyon Ultimate CF SLX, Ultegra 6870 shifting and brakes, Chinese 60mm carbon clinchers from the Genesis. Probably SRAM Red cranks from my Genesis when the PM turns up. Zipp finishing kit including aero bars.
I have just bought @Chak 's Pinnacle Arkose, which is running 6870 shifting, TRP cable-actuated hydro discs, 650B Fulcrum wheels with 42c Gravel kings and an 11-40 in the back. Will be getting a Canyon VCSL 2 seatpost for maximum bounce, an Ultegra double in the front and some mudguards so I can have one bike for winter / gravel / dirt. Will probably get some 700c carbon wheels to be shod with 32c G-Ones for longer distance gravel riding like TNR when necessary, and fit a 3rd BB-mounted bottle cage somehow.. The #inspo is somewhere between Justin's OPEN, Ultan's OPEN, @jammy 's Pinnacle and @JesperXT 's Pinnacle. Winter base + long distance + a little rough stuff.
The next real step with the Pinnacle is getting the frame, forks, current S900 cranks and frame pump hydrodipped in Snow Camo... if that ends up too expensive it's going to be a home brew paint job / vinyl wrap.
The Giant TCX is currently in SBC. I never really got on with it and can't be arsed to race cross this year. It's getting 700mm carbon risers, 10 speed XT rear mech for an 11-34, hydro disc brakes, and a single N-W front ring. It'll keep the 40c Nanos and be my turbo commuter / pub bike.

My Parallax track was stolen, and the insurance money is funding a lot of this reshuffle.
My pink Cannondale is getting split for bits, as it's gone from being my one road bike to being usurped by 3 different ones which will do each job better. I'm keeping the contact points and giving the frame to a friend, but if someone wants the SRAM RED22 shifting system + 6800 brakes, let me know!

Next bikes in the mind garage are...
a) a new steel track bike, hopefully in 853 or above. Needs traditional geometry, bottle bosses, tapered steerer. Will be for track and tarck and fixeth criths. Should be geo matched to the Genesis if I go custom.
b) a proper cross bike, almost certainly a Mercredi. Hydro 1X Sram with all internal routing and an integrated dropper post. Don't question it.
after those it's a bit hazy, but maybe a proper winter trainer. I was waiting for the Bowman Layhams Disc to come out, but I jumped at the opportunity to get a Pinnacle that would do all of that and more.
