Fuck yeah Drunk In Hell! Saw them last year at the Windmill, so good! Mike Vest is a genius guitarist. Glad they're playing together again, maybe they can finally get around to putting out their LP.

Forgot Elder were playing, but saw them at Desertfest earlier in the year.

I like the fact that throughout the history of the band Mr Donovan has visibly turned from a clean cut college boy into a total hesher. Full respect.

So, Deafheaven last night. Never before seen a decent band so utterly ruined by the stagecraft of the singer- basically a repellent Mick Hucknall lookalike preening like a low rent Justin Bieber. Utter twat.

Cheers! I saw Bask on the list and misread it as Bast (who I saw last year and liked). Both offer no clashes (or not bad ones) so that's two on the list.

Just in case - Hark is Jim Bob Isaac's band so if liked Taint then you're in good shape.

Saw Hark. V. tight and proper balls out stuff but sadly they didn't quite grab me. Not sure why. They were great live and the singer has great stage presence. I did have a bit of a headache when I went in. t might have been a bit too loud...

Always amazed at how many bands Desertfest find who I've never heard of but are amazing. Really liked Chubby Thunderous Bad Kush Master.
