Saddle demo in central London? Condor?

My sister is tiny, like just under 5 foot, and she wants a bike to get around on.
She used to have this heavy vintage folder that she liked, but it was super heavy and she got hit by a car on it and it got wrecked, and she hasn't had a bike since.
She keeps sending me shit dutch bikes on gumtree or eBay but I want to sort her something nicer. She lives on the 2nd floor so carrying it up the stairs is an issue, but she's so small, getting her a "normal" bike seems impossible.
I'm not being heightist here, hybrid for someone sub 5', at a reasonable price, what are the options??

Pinnacle or Verenti.

She tried out a small Pompino and it was still too big for her.

I've been given a pair of forks for free but someone has attempted to drill/hack out the star nut from the steerer.
What is the best way to remove what is left of the star nut? I can't hammer it down as the steerer is sealed at the bottom.

As with most questions in life, the answer is Dremel®

Where do I find the missing piece? 🤔
Looked online but can only find them from US sellers on eBay.
Thanks!

buy a metal one, not the OG plastic shimano
ftfy :)
I like the metal ones, they're fine as long as you know what you're doing and you can get them in pretty colours. -

plastic ones are idiot/over torque proof IMO

plastic ones are idiot/over torque proof
As I said, metal is fine if you know what you're doing :)

I challenge the notion of idiot proof at all times. I'll go plastic 🙄
Thanks for your advice fellows -

@PhilDAS @mdcc_tester Cheers for the replies!
@Sumo It is a carbon steerer tube so a star nut shouldn't of been put in there originally.
Which leads me on to my next question, where can I get a 1" compression bung from? Googling brings up sites in the US.
Edit - found this, any other options?

Nothing much, long standing issue that's just been getting worse. Crack in the Elin's alu seat clamp section.
Probably easiest to just upload them to Tiny Pic or something then.
