Nice work.
Are the tugs mainly for convenience or a necessity - as opposed to just spacers? -

Well, I haven't pulled the wheel over while using just spacers and the Shimano QR, but the tugs eliminate that worry while making alignment and chain tension adjustment easier, and are necessary with my M6 bolt on conversions as those provide as much clamping load as a QR.

Yes! I need to investigate wide-ish, none noodly slight sweep 25.4 bars... had some great steel Humperts but crimped them slightly trying to stop them slipping ):
Brake wise I've got a couple of pairs of the awful/amazing XT parallelogram Vs, the first gen and the second. Should do the trick.

Nearly finished, although I wasn't planning on owning up to this :)
But I do like the NOS wheel set. An a properly set up, Bowden-cabled-bike, had been on my bicycle bucket list.I've got a chrome rack and a couple of accessories ready to go. It's got a few more domehead bolts than standard, both stainless steel and brass.
Just put some new bearings and grease into the bottom bracket. An the majority of the bits are prepared, and ready to bolt back on.
Although I do need to figure out where to refit the brake bits, and smudge in the chain line now it's a single speed. An sell the lo-pro that's using this bikes space.

Bowden cables are the one thing that lacks.

You are of course correct. My late night brain fade :)

Just pulled the trigger on one of these:
Build is mostly going to be from my Pinnacle, with new wheels (dynamo etc). Full fast audax bongo-lite build.

Probably one of the best Genesis paintjobs imo.

I'll have a nice matching pair:
Reach is identical with about 30mm more stack so I should be able to slam the Equilibrium.
-
• #115972
I reckon the new one would look great with the black campy as well.

• #115973
Gonna be a mixture of silver 5800 and grey 6800/RS785 unfortunately.
-
• #115974
I figured since you're getting rid of the pinnacle.

• #115975
I think I might already have the other half of your matching pair ;)
