You're very right, but a lot of the wheels that I want to buy won't support bolt on. (Tri-spokes, 4 spokes, discs, etc). I'll put a bolt on cog on my beater, if I don't just make it Single Speed, but I don't think a bolt on will be the one for this build. You're absolutely free to challenge that, however.
