56cm Specialised Tricross Singlespeed now down to £180!

I've got a 56cm (I think! - Measured centre to top of extended seat tube, and appears to be 55cm horizontal top tube) full bike, standard spec apart from:

White Halo Aerotrack rear wheel - 17t freewheel/16t fixed
Schwalbe CX Comp Cross tyres - nice combination of on/off road file tread centres and knobs on the outside
Old Turbo Gel seat (no tears)

Frame is in great condition, very few minor scratches/no marks or dents
Brand new chain, inner and outer cables and tape
No pedals/cages
Prob in need of a BB sometime soon (a bit gritty, but usable) but apart from that it's in super condition

Looking for £310 inc postage from Cheshire Reduced to £180! (exc postage)
