Funnily enough I posted on your wanted thread yesterday - but this is a touch to small for you I guess?

Forgot to say I always donate to forum when I make a sale too.

What's the gearing like on the rough hilly bits

@billygoat28 Gearing is a very personal thing obviously but there's not a hill in London I would avoid. Might struggle up Swains if I'm honest. But it's so easy to swap out the cogs and make it more Spinny.
It's pretty relaxed though as it is.

SOLD
Winter is coming! This is my bomb proof, faithful Specialized Tricross Singlecross.
I love this bike. I've been commuting on it for ages but it's time for gears and panniers and versatility so this goes to pay for my new bike.
Tricross are versatile and sturdy and can be built up to look pretty sharp too.
52cm frame. Track drop outs. Original beefy forks. If you're 5'5" - 5'10 you'll be right as rain. Some scratches and marks but no dings. Bottom bracket and Cane Creek headset are smooth as you like.
Halo Aerotrack wheels. Relatively new. Good condition. Tyres are 25c Marathons. Back has less tread than the front but they've got miles left in them.
Brakes are Tectro. Cane Creek levers also quite new. Good condition.
Brooks saddle which I've just taken off a bike I bought from Chak. It's really nice. Ratty but nice. Suits the bike I think. But I've a Concor if you'd prefer it.
Sugino messanger is a 42T. The cranks have taken some epic rub from the straps. Pedals are ratty Wellgos with equally ratty Restrap diagonals. I'll happily switch those for some SPDs. I'm running it fixed to a 16T cog.
You can also have the knobbly tyres (Specialized Houffalize CX 32c) and a set of Spesh risers if you like.
Now down to £200. I'm in Leyton and Mile End and could meet serious viewers centrally.
Dibs if you like. PM and cash wins the day.
