This company has only existed for about ten years and look what they've achieved! I think Honda can do better. The Lightning LS-218 has been around for the last couple of years.
It's name comes from it's land speed record achievement of doing 218mph on the Bonneville Salt Flats (fastest production motorcycle to date). It makes over 200bhp (at the back wheel), and produces 168 ft-lbs of torque (all available throughout the rev range). Truly amazing! Once range increases, charging availability increases and price decreases, electric bikes will replace our oil burning dinosaurs for sure. The future is closer than you think.
