I agree it's lot of fun here... we get lot of interesting individuals here.
Is that bike lightweight?

I mean, I felt threatened before seeing an American Psycho gif. Jesus.

I think it'll be too small, to be honest. Sorry
-

Sure, but it's a genuine deal so I don't think they'll be any second dibs. And first dibs goes to the first person who pm'd me.

No doubt. But at least someone is getting a good deal, and yes, that person isn't me, and look how much I care...

Welcome to the forum.
If an ad looks like somebody trying to flip a stolen bike quickly, it'll be called out until proven otherwise. Maybe sort out your shitty sales pitch before you start throwing toys at people whose community forum you've just rolled onto.

Sooo where to start. I waited until all the accusations had finished before speaking on this post. It seems a number of people who were accusing were also private messaging the user for the deal of the century as it were. One word.... Hypocrites.
I met the user today and he was a wonderful gentleman and have a guess what..... Lo and behold All the paperwork was present. He is a genuine family man who honestly was trying to give us a deal and really doesn't know much about bikes. yet the usual suspects decided to make him feel like shit and as a thief. Most members are amazing, but the usual suspects keep rearing their heads. This is not the first time it has happened and I say shame on all of you for continuously doing this. Yes it is a public forum, but that don't mean you got to behave like asshites. A new user should be welcomed into the forum not be made to be like a thief. I hope the moderator of this forum could make some guidelines on how new members should be made to be welcomed.
Now again to all the doubters I will say after meeting him I am 10000% sure of this bike and it not being stolen. All paperwork present and all checks well. I met him at his home and not some shady backstreet. Their are many amazing members here and I love the forum and the people here, but there are some who need to learn how to behave. Try to be human. We are here to enjoy ourselves and help each other out, but not at the expense of another.
Details of the bike. Well it had sora 3500 on there and a more old school square taper crank and bb. it is the 2015 model and Evans were selling it for approximately £567.00 new. The bike is worth by today's standards I'd say £300.00. How much did it sell for £200.00 yes a hundred pounds cheaper, but absolutely genuine. A donation will be made to forum. Thanks to Lfgss.
Details of the bike are here. No its not a £10000.00 bike being sold for £100.00. It's only £567.00 new.

Those who offended this new user i advise you all to be man enough and apologize to him. He was genuinely hurt by the reaction of these users and genuinely stunned. This was uncalled for and he should be apologized to. I've said my 5 cents worth, but again will say it.... Give people benefit of the doubt unless you genuinely have proof not to. What comes round goes round and if one-day you too should be on the receiving end of an accusation then you too will regret doing this to another. Peace to everyone and no intentional effort to hurt anyone, but hopefully this doesn't keep on happening to new members.
Ahh ok. Yea, for my Father-in-Law. He's rather tall 6"4
