  • Same with British Gas, they hold credit and apply it to the next bill instead of directly refunding

  • There is no next bill. I'm leaving the Thames Water area.

    Also, I'm not entirely sure of this - every time you move with Thames Water they start a new account (with a new account number). I know because this was an issue recently when I was trying to close my account using an old statement ("This account is already closed.").

  • Their default is to hold on to it unless you claim the refund. The "No Action" likely just means "you don't owe us anything". It's still shit.
