For srs tho, if you are keen in improving your diversity and opening up your club, have you tried to look at the percentage of BAME and female or non binary identified employees in the sectors you want to target and recruit equivalent or higher numbers?

No to be honest, as we don't collect that information from our members. As it's something Mike and I run on the side of our full-time jobs it tough to invest the time needed to carry something out like that. Focusing on growing female membership first.

Pretty low to be honest. It's something we are wanting to change and are working with a female coach to put on female only rides/training/intro sessions. It's an issue with most clubs I think.
