Did my first Ride London this year. Definitely a mixed bag - I had an hour sleep the night before due to a particular unfortunate bout of insomnia and early start time, and my new seat clamp wasn't doing it's job very well so the post kept slipping (thankfully a mechanic sorted it around 40 miles in). Basically we ended up stopping more and taking longer breaks due to bike woes and tiredness so our final time wasn't great, but Strava moving time wasn't too bad. I was surprised of how slow it all got on the hills - spent most of them trying to safely pass on the right.
Next time I'll double check my bike (no new parts!) and try to cut the stopping in half.
