  • Thanks for the input!

Still in the very early stages of developing this product, but it's looking to be something that you can simply spray on your bike, agitate with a detailing brush and wash off with fresh water.

I'd like to establish that there is a market for this product, so the following questions will be a bit of market research. I'd like to thank those of you who are helping me on this, there will be many samples, discount codes and freebies coming out of it!

Last week, I had a sit down with a fantastic chemist called James, he's been producing the raw cleaning products for the last 10 years for quite a large manufacturer. We had a sit down over a coffee and I told him my vision for the product, what I wanted it to do and what it'll come up against. 3 days later, he sent me 2 samples in the post for me to try, one of them was terrible and did nothing, but the other was fantastic, a real pleasure to use and the results were great, this is what we're going to be developing together.

How many of you hate cleaning bikes?

What product do you currently use?

    How long does it take?

What is your opinion on the results you get?

How important is it that a product is 'satisfying to use'? (smells nice, good quality bottle that is easy to use, foams up lots for example)

What price range would you be happy to pay for a bike cleaning product? Something that would be able to quickly and easily remove all dirt from your bike.

I'd also like to know why those of you who hate cleaning your bike actually hate it!
