This is what I've done. 18t profile elite freewheel one side and a WI 20 and 22 double freewheel the other.
Chain line isn't an issue. Only thing is changing pad position when changing between the extremes.
And it costs a bomb but profile freewheel could be replaced for a clickster at a much lower price

Alternatively, you get could you could get a flip-flop track hub and put two different size single speed freewheels on it.
Are these freehub/cog systens that much better than say, a Halo Clickster? Genuine question.
