I haven't been hugely impressed this time around, found a hair just under the surface on the fork. Had to do plenty of neatening up the little flares of powder around threaded bits on the fork too, and the steerer seems to have been blasted which I'm not happy about. These things won't be noticeable when it's built up so I'm not complaining but worth bearing in mind.

@alialias , what kind of finish do you get with Ashton powdercoating, do they mask off well, or is there plenty of cleaning threads and inside the seat tube?
Considering getting my Genesis done and looking round for decent pcers, the ones I've used in Crewe can be a bit hit n miss but stock shit loads of colours.
