well, he has 14 working days to send it back apparently, so as long as you upload a postage label to the ebay system he can't claim you haven't co-operated and they can follow the tracking info.
I'd maybe ring ebay to make them aware of the lack of co-operation now too just to make it clear you're being reasonable in the face of a difficult buyer and you don't know what to do...

Just won my case last night. I was totally expecting to get shafted by eBay, but they have come through so fair play.
I had zero contact from the buyer for over a month until he marked the return as posted. He ignored the courier i paid for saying he was on holiday so couldn't do anything for 3 weeks. I then waited two weeks for it to turn up. I eventually opened a case yesterday morning and it was closed by the evening.
Anyway i have my money back, great stuff. Faith restored.
Be weary of 'Campagnolovintage' on eBay. He is a total ass hat.

I have booked an Interparcel collection for 02/08. The fella wasn't replying to my emails and is now saying he is out of the country for the next few weeks. Not sure how this is going to turn out..
