That combination seems pretty rare;
OnOne fatty Carbon fork is 135mm QR, but straight 1.125" steerer.
Whisky No.9 29er fork listed as up to 3.0", but 100x15mm thru axle.
Travers Prong: all Thru axle
carboncycles.cc eXotic: probably have some, but can't access .cc sites through work's proxies.
