Popped out to watch the pros go past today. One rubbish photo of them, then chased the caravan the wrong way round the Kingston one way system. Lots of ironic cheers from the crowd was nice. Lost the peloton disappointingly quick though. Turns out they're pretty quick.

I keep thinking the Tour only finished yesterday because that's when I caught up with it all after being on holiday, so I was temporarily surprised to hear about Impey and Matthews being involved.

What have I missed so far? Looks quite well poised at the moment.

Who's the fella commentating with Boardman, he's amazingly annoying, it's as if he doesn't listen to anything Boardman says. And when he does, he tries to one-up him.

Sky were leading for a bit but then only got Kennaugh in the break, who then seemed to run out of energy and dropped back (talk of a mechanical but no evidence of that I've seen).

Two Katusha riders, one Sunweb and @taogeogheganhart at the front of the peloton right now. Tao was doing a good job of upping the pace earlier on too.

Would be nice to see a Londoner win, obvs ;)
