Top tube ctc 587mm
Surly mix CTC and CTT measurements which was a ballache for me when trying to work out what size i could go with.
The seat tube is measured center of BB to top of top tube.
The BB shell on the drive side should have STEAM-59 stamped into it, all frame sizes have a unique headtube length so frame size ID can be worked out from that too.
