That was tough. Average heart rate of 179.
Started in 200ish place and caught the 2nd fast group. Didn't get lapped, didn't know the last lap was the last lap so didn't sprint 😬
Anyone know where I can find the results? Also, met and got a post-race picture of a forumite who recognised me from a saddle-swap years ago. Sorry I can't remember your name... PM me if you want the pic (or let me know if i should make it public).
