I couldn't find any info about the frame origins (aside from the marcarini connection but he was not a frame builder) but yeah it could be a smg!

Yeah I need to grab a pair of these pedals but they're hard to find... The seat tube is a complicated diameter: 26.6 so I keep this one:)

Those webbed lugs look great! I'd de-sticker the wheels, get rid of the coloured tyres and put on yellow or green bar-tape to match the details on the fork.

Or green Bartape for the JKF Dacordigriffe lugs,,, Headset ID ?

Velox bartape has a rather nice red, far away from the bright red you have on the JKF
