  • I thought the whole point of njs was unifying standard. . Had no idea carbon was allowed at all.
    This is much more aero compared to the usual lugged steel frame.
    But must be made in Japan that about the only thing they don't flex on.

  • I doubt it. The njs standard was in a form of protectionism for the Japanese bike industry.
    I'm sure njs committee were willing to bend the rules and allow others campag/cinelli in after a handsome payout.
    It is said that many manufacturers would not have survived with out it.
    For example kashimax pretty much have the monopoly on saddles and they are not that great.
