Mamil fodder.
Sean Sako collabs. Jesus wept.

Not to mention the wank-tacular Chpt.3 stuff.

Remember, we live in a world where EC1 Collective exists.

Can anyone recommend some decent quality bib shorts that won't break the bank? After something I can use on their own and with leg warmers when it's a bit chilly but not cold enough for tights.

Work in fintech, join EC1 and get Le Col. You can then break a bank while working and still afford clobber.

Not stylish in any way, but I rate Specialized's bib range. Got a thermal pair in Sigma sale a few week back for about Β£25 and they're very comfy and well made. Wear their RBX bibs for commuting and general riding with no issues, cost <Β£25.

DHB is fucking great. Possibly the best 'cheap' brand out there. The fit is nice, they use the same chamois pad as Rapha.
-
• #3814
Do they really?

La Passione have a sale on at the mo. Great shorts for long miles...
-
• #3816
Did rapha change pad then? Dhb have best pads, not too thick, kind of "waffle" texture fabric. Ver comfy. Much better than the old rapha pad.

I also have Bardet-esque arms.
Shame the pocket stitching isn't any good. My M seemed well put together. Defo email them about it - they got back to me super quickly and seem very nice folk.

I haz La Passione and DHB. DHB are better put together but I feel like a noob when I wear them, where La Passione I feel like a sexy connoisseur.
I like how La Passione pitch themselves, not EC1 / Vulpine / Rapha wank, but a bit more fancy than DHB. Also because they're Italian made it proves I know a lot about cycling and have been into it since before it was cool.

These are brilliant shorts.. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/dhb-asv-race-bib-shorts-black-edition/ no idea what pad Rapha use, I'm sure amey can confirm.

• #3820
No doubt. Sadly I'm too much of a wanker to wear DHB.
-
• #3821
but I feel like a noob when I wear them
Nah... kit choices come full circle...
noob -> dhb
poseur/MAMIL -> Rapha
Experienced -> dhb/castelli -

Sure the pad is elastic interface, but stylish it ain't.

Dhb need roleur collab and price increase of 200%

Does anyone know what the quality of Evans' own brand stuff is like? They've got a long sleeve jersey for Β£24 thats tempting, just to wear under the jersey I have to wear for work.

Cups?!?
Anyone know of an alternative to DZR shoes?
Basically a vans lo with recessed cleats.
inb4 MTB shoes, nope.
Bought the Roleur x Pas Normal Studio cap by mistake. Didn't see the Roleur collab logo on product page ... and the colour came through different to pictured ... and I realised that riding around with PNS blazoned across my forehead is possibly an uncomfortable truth too far.
On topic though, the Velominati thing is fucking trite, I thought Roleur was better than that.
