According to a guy on another forum that frame comes with this headset:
IS42/28.6 | IS52/40
Upper bearing - IS42/28.6 | (OD:41.8 x ID:30.1 x H:8 x A:45°)
Lower bearing - IS52/40 | (OD:51.8 x ID:40 x H:8 x A:45°)
So these two should do the job.
