How do the sidis come up size wise? And are they walkable spds? I guess they're more of a road shoe?

yeah walking wise they're more of a road shoe, but the cleats are recessed so there's no direct contact between them and the floor. I wear size 45EU sneakers and these sidis were spot on, maybe a bit generous even. But can be tightened really well and did many spin classes with no discomfort.
