Thanks. The lume isn't great, and the watch is probably 20-odd years old so all the phosphorescence has gone. Really wanted huge chunky hands but the small Seiko'nda hands with points are quite nice.
I'd painted the bezel black a few weeks ago, original bare metal was driving me mad.
It's getting there, I suppose this is my rat watch.
Fuck me that was painful. I don't ever want to replace hands without fitting tools, nor do I wanna broach/ream hands that are too small to fit the movement. Very hassle.
Still need to find a nice red second hand for the chrono.
These are not the hands I wanted as replacements, but the Sekonda needed to be destroyed, and the Gul I had in the parts bin was no good.
