Gixxres bring all the boys/gals to the yard. Moths to a flame here now and it doesn't matter how old. They attract a certain type of scum rimmed shit sacks so might not be a wise move till I move out of town.
Thousands are out as well. I know they'll have the legs to lope around country, but I quite like not spending ten minutes at a forecourt wondering if there an actual leak in the tank.
750 would be perfect, but pushes the £ a bit.The 600rr is £2k and the striple I want to test ride is £2.5. FZ6 is around £1.7k. Most 750's hang around the £3k+
If I can get a garage sorted, budget will go up, but it stays low for the time being.

Dude - get something like a cosmetically challenged (but mechanically sorted) old 929 Blade or 04+ GSXR750. Reliable. Fast as you'll ever need, way more chilled for a long distance blat to the south of France than a 600 and still the nuts in the twisties. If it looks tatty and is 10+ yrs old, chances of it getting lifted are way lower.
