How gutted would you be if you were one of the mugs that paid the original £250 as opposed to one of the new mugs.
-
• #1503
I suppose money doesn't matter to any of them anyway.
-
• #1504
They're still mugs, either way.
-
• #1505
Do you even get a mug?
-
• #1506
That's the price you pay for being an early adopter. Or a trailblazer. Ask Amey.
-
• #1507
I am anything but an early adopter .. I thought you knew me :(

Can you explain a few things to me as, genuinely I don't see the need for anyone to be putting a bio of themselves online for simply being a member of a cycling club, let alone the weird personal backstory?
I mean, unless you've made Obree levels of achievement on the bike, why do you think people are remotely interested? From an outside perspective it's all a bit David Brent in terms of soup of malignant narcissism it celebrates, doused with a nice splash of consumerism just to make it thoroughly repulsive to people that might look at your club and consider joining and just like quietly riding their bikes for fun without needing to get all Mr Worldwide about it.
If that weren't bad enough, USPS Trek screams Lance fanboy... Recoil in horror, do not pass go, do not collect style dividend or fuzzy reflected glow from worshipping someone with a modicum of moral or sporting decency. Surely, if you're going to present yourself to the world as some kind of one-man-brand you'd want to be a bit more circumspect about lauding a known cheat, especially when working in financial services?
Anyway. Glad it makes you happy and gets you out on the bike regardless but personally I'd rather drop anvils on my toes than join up.

who dis?

Agreed. I don't see the need for putting up a bio. Wanted to see bikes, asked to share, happy to share.
Not a Lance fanboy. It's a frame and I like it. Burn all T-Mobile, mapei and usps frames?
Full on. Thanks. Sorry about your toes.
You should've put numbers to your questions.

Your LBS should be able to fix that.

"On a ratio of about 3% no body to catch me!"
It's comments like this that really make me want to ride with them, just once.
Well it keeps me away from them. So I guess it's working out well for both of us.
