Friend has it running in "medium" on a new MBP (without discrete gfx). On a 1070 I get really high fps (100+) on Ultra on 2k. It's reasonably light compared to some modern games

Installed it there, not really playable.

That being said, it is being run on a pretty old laptop/tablet hybrid so no shocks there. Pretty much every UE game runs like crap on it (even Rocket League drops from 30fps regularly at 720p).

It's quite nice having the Steam refund system to test stuff like this though!

Hoping to be living somewhere with a lot more space in a year or so so will be building a desktop then, I can live with KSP and Minecraft until then ;)

Broken Age is £3 on Steam right now. Picking it up.

And Just Cause 3 is £7.49. Definitely worth that price.

I quite enjoyed JC3, it's one of the best "jump in and fuck about for 20 minutes" games (not quite Vice City but close). The 'story' missions all seem a bit boring though.

I'd been given the impression that JC2 was that, but the latest one wasn't.

It's such a fun game mechanic. Just exploring, or making your way between missions, is enjoyable.

I am back considering buying a Switch, primarily it will be used as a mobile device (probably exclusively) is it good as a handheld or does it benefit from being attached to a bigger screen?
My new commute will be about an hour each way, so need something to keep myself busy.

Went a bit nuts with my latest FO4 settlement. Felt a bit burned out and decided to finally have a go at TLOU:Remaster only to find my disc tray is playing silly buggers and only wants to read certain discs. Just resigned myself to only playing digital games now so downloaded it. My god it's fucking good, I haven't even got into the game proper yet (Tess is still about) and I'm floored again by the immersion, the companions searching around when you do, commenting on passing scenery, the naturally scripted events, the seamless sound design, the 60fps makes it all look so lifelike too. Will probably have a bash through on normal just to enjoy the game then get masochistic and go for a grounded playthrough x

PUBG is decent quick hit fun, nothing like DayZ. Runs like crap and isn't the prettiest of games. Still fun though.

i hate the button placement on the switch in mobile mode. zelda is pretty hard to control in fights if you need to dodge and shoot the bow etc because the right thumbstick is in an awkward position.

You've not fucked about with yr cube yet? It provides xtra unique gear traits for cheap. Extract a unity ring into the jewel slot, slap another unity on your follower, God mode. Y u no do dis???
