I assumed he'd be racing since he'd have plenty of recovery time and it's his pet event. Maybe he grew tired of dominating it.

I'm sure Michael Wacker said he wasn't racing TCR. Maybe he got bored.

There's lots of familiar names but I can't remember if any of them are quick or if I just recognise their names from previous editions.

There's an interview with Kristof on Facebook by Rupert Guinness who bumped into him watching the Tour last week.
He said he's not riding as he's done it three times so had enough of it.
Said he might do IPWR next year.

That little thing...you know the one that is very important to the functioning of your bike but impossible to get on the continent for love or money....that thing...

Favorites seem to be Bjorn, Ian To and a guy who has entered a couple of times before but never completed the course without a rest day :)
Don't know much about Ian To other than he has won the Hard Cro event.
